I have recently found myself passing through Newcastle where as usual I made an effort to stop by in the Baltic Art Gallery, nestled just on the Gateshead side of the Tyne.
As always the staff were both friendly and informative and made my brief wander around the famed galleries very special and educational. The gallery, a former mill is a brilliant and often overlooked attraction of Newcastle with most people just flocking to the bars of the Big Market.
